Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrested in another case and released.

He would further submit that he has been detained under Act 14 pursuant to the Detention Order, thereby, he would seek permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Crl.M.P is also closed.
