2.Heard Mr. G. Ilamurugu, learned counsel for the petitioner who submitted that since the tenure of the President of the Society who conducted the case previously got ended, it is necessary to modify the cause title by replacing the Special officer of the Society in the place of the President of the Society. 3.On the basis of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
