CMP Nos.18138, 18145, 18143, 18149, 18157, 18198 and 18147 of 2022 and WA SR Nos.113386 to 113392 of 2022 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the writ appeals.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that after the impugned orders were made ready, immediate steps were taken to obtain legal opinion to examine as to whether it is a fit case for filing appeals. In the process, a delay of 135 days has occurred, which is neither wilful nor wanton but only due to bona fide reasons. Therefore, the learned counsel prays for condoning the delay.

3. Learned counsel for the first respondent has not shown serious objections. Therefore, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.

4. Office is directed to number the writ appeals if they are otherwise in order.
