Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.12.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner is pending in CSR No.24 of 2016 and the complaint given by the opposite party, namely, Manimaran in CSR No.51 of 2016 is pending against the petitioner and one Udaya Kumar is also given a complaint in CSR No.46 of 2016, in which, the petition enquiry is pending.

4.Hence, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in all the three CSRs and take action in accordance with law either closing the cases or filing FIR against the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
