ORDER

This application is filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by an order dated 12.01.2016 made in C.M.P.No.104 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri to the effect that the petitioner shall execute the order with two sureties of relatives instead of a Government surety.

2. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered in Crime No.7 of 2002 under Sections 147, 148, 457(ii), 394, 395 r/w 397 IPC. The alleged occurrence had taken place in the year 2002, but the petitioner filed an application seeking anticipatory bail only in the year 2016.

3. Considering the facts that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in C.M.P.No.104 of 2016 directed the petitioner to furnish one Government surety, challenging the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
