ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent/Police to investigate the matter and register First Information Report based on the complaints dated 20.11.2021 and 12.12.2021 which is pending enquiry in CSR.No.475 of 2021 given by me in accordance with law
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.11.2021 and 12.12.2021, enquiry has been completed and the case has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such furnishing of closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
