The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed the following memo :- "MEMO FILED ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONERS The petitioners state as follows:- 1.

The above Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for violating the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 12.02.2019 in O.A.No. 530 of 2018, wherein an order of injunction was granted, protection to access of Lift, Car Park, Terrace, Community Hall, Super Market and Saloon area with Electronic Access Card and to the Meter Room, whenever an authorised person

from the Electricity Board comes and to the DTH room, whenever an authorised person from the Cable Services comes and from interfering with the supply of Electricity, Water, DTH, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Security and House Keeping.

2. At the time of passing the above order, the entire maintenance of the Flats was looked after by the respondents. Thereafter, during the pendency of the Contempt Petition, the respondents have left and the maintenance of the flats are looked after by the Royal Castle Association,consisting of the occupants of the flats and there is no hindrance whatsoever from the respondents.

The petitioners have also submitted a letter dated 30.08.2023 to their counsel to withdraw the Contempt Petition on that ground and the said letter is placed before this Hon'ble Court along with this Memo.

The petitioners accordingly pray that suitable orders be passed in the above Contempt Petition by dropping the same for the reasons stated above and thus render justice.
