This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore district to take on file 1/4

the further charge sheet filed by the respondent Police in connection with Crime No.128 of 2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam on 21.06.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam to act upon the Final Report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
