ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 120(b), 468, 471, 419 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, in Crime No.4 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A4. It is alleged that the disputed land belongs to the defacto complainant. A1 is the purchaser of the property and he had given power of Attorney in favour of A5 and thereby sold the land to various persons by fabricating the documents. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners .

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that detailed investigation is needed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 23/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
