Arun Karthik Mohan ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in representing the Appln. SR. No.68562 of 2025 in O.P. No.11 of 2019. Appln. SR. No.68562 of 2025 in O.P. No.11 of 2019 has been filed by the very same applicant seeking for disclosure of the assets by the respondent.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condoning the delay. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

3. Since Appln. SR. No.68562 of 2025 in O.P. No.11 of 2019 has already been numbered as A. No.3814 of 2025, notice is issued to the respondent returnable by 01.09.2025 in A. No.3814 of 2025. Private notice is also permitted.
