These Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to call for the entire records of the C.C.Nos.9725, 745, 748, 746 & 9723 of 2005 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai with respect to the petitioner/4th Accused and quash the same. Mr.K.Prabakar COMMON ORDER The relief sought by the petitioner in these criminal original petitions is to call for the entire records of C.C.Nos.9725, 745, 748, 746 & 9723 of 2005 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai vide judgment dated 10.08.2023 in C.C.Nos.9725, 745, 748, 746 & 9723 of 2005 respectively, convicted the petitioner herein and hence, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the judgment dated 10.08.2023 passed by the learned II 2/4

Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.Nos.9725, 745, 748, 746 & 9723 of 2005 respectively, before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
