This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.11.2023 in W.P. No. 9243 of 2020 by the respondents.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order has been complied with by issuing proceedings dated 24.11.2025, fixing the State-wise seniority of the petitioner.

3. It appears from the endorsement made that a copy of the proceedings has been served upon the petitioner and he has acknowledged the same.
