This petition is filed to extend the time to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.15832 of 2023, dated 20.07.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is granted to the petitioner till 31.10.2023 to comply the conditions as directed by this Court on 20.07.2023. No further time will be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand cancelled.
