ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 03.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.17027 of 2025. 1/3

2. On 03.06.2025, this Court passed the following order : "5. In view of the above submissions, I am inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2025, an enquiry officer has been appointed to enquire into the petitioner's complaint. She further submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been acted upon and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
