Today, 26.08.2025, the above matter is posted under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order, dated 06.08.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21272 of 2025. However, he seeks modification in para No.1 of the order. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph No.1 of the order, dated 06.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 21272 of 2025, is modified as follows:
"The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.223 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail."
