This revision is against an order passed in an application filed under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act. The order impugned in this revision is appealable under Section 23 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act. Hence, I do not see any reason to exercise the supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
