This contempt petition has been filed by complaining that the order dated 31.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28804 of 2018 has not been complied with.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page No. 1/2

Cont P.No.1736 of 2019 the District Collector by proceedings dated 16.12.2019 has already sanctioned the payment of dues to the petitioner and the amount will be paid to the petitioner very shortly. The proceedings of the District Collector dated 16.12.2019 has been produced before this Court. Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is made clear that the amount must be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
