This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15793 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
