This petition is filed to condone the delay of 203 days in preferring the above criminal revision.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed his counter objecting for condoning the delay of 203 days. He submitted that in this case already the accused approached this Court at F.I.R. stage and this Court passed a detailed order finding that prima-facie case made out and there is no case for quashing the F.I.R. Subsequently, investigation completed, charge sheet filed. In the meanwhile, the accused alternatively filing one petition or other and successfully stalling the progress of the case. Even till date, charges could not be framed.

4.Mr.S.M.Muralidharan, learned counsel for de-facto complainant seeks time to implead the de-facto complainant Mr.R.K.Ganesan in this petition and make his submissions. It is for the de-facto complainant to file such petition, if he desires.
