ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasion and even today.
2.A compliance report has been filed by the respondent dated 15.12.2020, wherein the following statement has been made in paragraph 6:- "6.This incident had been revealed in the Hon'ble Court by the Government Pleader on the same day when the case came up for hearing. The Hon'ble bench given the Guidance to the Department to exercise the eviction process with additional police protection, pursuance of this order the eviction was carried along with police department on 10.02.2020 an all the Encroached structures in the Cooum River were completely demolished and the eviction process was absolute with guidance of Court and Government orders. Further the construction of Cooum River boundary Protection wall is progressing at the same location to retrieve the Government land."
