This petition has been filed to modify the condition ordered in Crl.O.P.No.19536 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024 in Para No.7(a) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner and the petitioner also complied with the condition for one week, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before Tiruchendur Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
