This Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the orders of this Court dated 27.09.2018 in Writ Petition No.8326 of 2012 under Section 11 of the Courts Act 1971 and close the breach thereof. ORDER

This Court vide order dated 27.09.2018 directed the respondents to consider petitioner's representation and pass order. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Contempt Petition No.1691 of 2019 2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the order of this Court, dated 27.09.2018, the respondents have obtained interim order of stay in W.A.No.3769/2019 in C.M.P.No.23848/2019, today. 3.Hence, the contempt application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy after disposal of the Writ Appeal.
