This application has been filed to permit the petitioners to file the Additional Third Party Affidavit of Mrs.Vatsala Parthasarathi in place of the attesting witnesses, who are no more.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 10.01.2022.

5. The learned Master is directed to complete recording of evidence, within a period of one week thereafter and post the matter before this Court on 20.01.2022.
