This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to Circular dated 30.08.2022 made in No.JIP/JACMBBS/6/2022 Passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the restoration of the NRI/OCI category Super Numerary MBBS seats in the first respondent institution.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
