Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.02.2016 and to investigate on the complaint of the petitioner in the manner know to law.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2016 and to investigate the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore and that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on the ground that the opposite party is not available.

4.In my considered opinion, there cannot be any reason to close the complaint. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that apart from the petitioner there are others, who have been cheated by the opposite party. Under such circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Coimbatore, is directed to proceed with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
