Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disconnect the Electricity service connection provided to the 5th respondent under service No.SC475 III A1 in the property comprised in Paimash No.124, Elesandram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioners representation dated 27.09.2021.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disconnect the Electricity service connection provided to the fifth respondent under service No.SC475 III A1 in the property comprised in Paimash No.124, Elesandram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court, without going into the merits of the case may dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the competent Civil Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the competent Civil Court. No costs.
