Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of certiorarified mandamus , calling for the records relating to the order of Demand Notice issued by the second respondent made in W.D.C.No.CMDA/WDCN15/00214/2016 dated 08.10.2016 to quash the ame and to consequently direct the respondents to release the building permission and license relating to the planning permission granted by the third respondent.
