This petition has been filed to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for period of three months imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15933 of 2024 vide order dated 09.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
