This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the said Revision Petition filed against the impugned order passed in Crl.MP.No.1854 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025 by the learned Principal Special Judge, EC and NDPS Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 9 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
