2. Mr.M.Rajendran, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the observation by this Court that they had represented as if the earlier order dated 07.09.2015 passed by the Joint Commissioner of HR&CE has been cancelled, is incorrect.

3. Such a correction in the earlier order could be made only by way of a review. As such, the Additional Government Pleader is granted liberty to file a Review Petition, on or before 07.03.2023.
