O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been preferred to direct the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner for removing the oldest wall situated at Attur Town, ad-measuring in Survey No.TSLR - 47, ward -F, Block No.1 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2022 in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that permission is not needed for the petitioner to remove the wall; however, the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 23.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
