ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate Police Protection for the petitioner to enter and peaceful possession of the petitioner's property to an extent of 3 cents in Old Survey No.30/1 New Survey No.34/24 situated at Saathanatham Village, Tittagudi, Cuddalore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner made a representation in the year 2023 seeking police protection to enter and peaceful possession of the petitioner's property to an extent of 3 cents in Old Survey No.30/1 New Survey No.34/24 situated at Saathanatham Village, Tittagudi, Cuddalore District.

4. However, the representation submitted by the petitioner in the year

2023 cannot be considered now. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action before the third respondent. If any representation is received from the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tittagudi.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
