ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.20597 of 2018 dated 06.12.2019, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

2. Heard both side and and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records it is seen that the order of this Court made in W.P.No.20597/2018 has been complied with by the second respondent, namely, Superintending Engineer, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, K.K.Nagar, (South-1), Chennai by Proceedings dated 05.07.2019 stated that an Enquiry Officer was appointed infurtherance of the direction of this Court and after conducting enquiry by the Enquiry Officer and after receiving the report from him, the request of the petitioner would be considered. Hence no contempt will arise. However, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry and to take a decision based on the Enquiry Report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above observation the contempt petition stands closed.
