This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14863 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14863 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once in any working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
