O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 28.02.2016. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the petitioner's complaint has been closed stating that no cognizable offence has been made out.

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum to work out his remedy.
