The petitioner, who is an accused in a case filed under Section 138 of NI Act, was convicted by the trial Court in C.C.No.1750 of 2018 by judgment dated 16.09.2022, against which the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Sessions Court in C.A.No.262 of 2022. The same has been dismissed on 06.07.2023.

2.The petitioner filed the above petition seeking dispensation of production of the certified copy of the judgment, since the judgment in C.C.No.1750 of 2018 has been filed before the Sessions Court in appeal in C.A.No.262 of 2022.

3.In view of the same, this petition is ordered.
