The petition to dispense with the complaint copy in S.T.C.No.310 of 2021.

The petitioner is the accused in a private complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, which has been taken on file by the FTC, Judicical Magistrate, Tirupur in S.T.C.No.310 of 2021. Being a private complaint, the petitioner might have received the summons for appearance and the copy of the complaint and other documents relied by the complainant by this time served. Even if it is not served, there is no difficulty for the petitioner herein to apply for the certified copy of the complaint.

3. Dispense with the production of original copy of the Summary Trial Cases which was taken on file in the year 2021 does not appear to be the reasonable request. Hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to get the certified copy and seek for remedy whatever available for him.
