Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the Judgment and Decree of the Honble Additional District and Sessions Court, chengalpattu dated 14.02.2019 made in OS.No.25 of 2015 (in CMP.No.23915/2019) pending hearing and disposal of the AS.No.782/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.GOPALAN AND CO, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SHSHACHERI, Advocate for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 18.11.2019, granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the 50% of the decreetal amount with interest as on date by the appellant, within a period of eight weeks.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 18.11.2019 has been duly complied with by the appellant.

3.In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
