ORDER

This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to file the five photographs enclosed with the application. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that these photographs could not be traced earlier because they had been mixed up with other files. It is also stated that these photographs are relevant and material in relation to the incident that occurred on 01.10.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the 1st defendant has no serious objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon considering the reasons set out in the affidavit and being 2/4

satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, this application is allowed subject to the right of the defendants to file an affidavit of admission / denial in respect thereof and raise objections, inter alia, on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof in course of trial. 28.07.2025 (1/2) kj 3/4
