O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 03.09.2021 sent for cancelling the patta issued in the name of the respondents 3 & 4 herein in respect of the lands measuring 1.52 acres comprised in S.F.No.584/1, situated at Nallur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

2. The petitioner submitted an appeal dated 03.09.2021 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the third and fourth respondents herein before the first respondent and it is pending.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the said appeal, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the third and fourth respondents herein and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
