[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal SR No. 112432 of 2019 against the order and decree dated 14-12-2018 in M.C.O.P. No. 370 of 2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Judge at Sathyamangalam.
