No.65 of 2023 by the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore dismissing the Criminal Revision Petition by Confirming the order of Maintenance passed in M.C.No.5 of 2019 dated 05.08.2023 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Sulur, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
