The plaintiffs filed this application to grant leave to sue the 2 nd defendant, who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. According to the plaintiffs, they filed the suit for recovery of money and the substantial portion of the cause of action for the present suit has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and except the 2 nd defendant, all other defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, they filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the 2 nd defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and considering the relief sought for in the suit, this application is allowed.
