Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent University to consider forthwith the petitioner's compliance-reports to it dated 31.08.2016, 08.07.2016 and 21.09.2016 and pass orders giving continuation of provisional affiliation to the petitioner's college for the academic year 2016-17.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent University to consider the petitioner's compliance-reports to it dated 31.08.2016, 08.07.2016 and 21.09.2016 and pass orders giving continuation of provisional affiliation to the petitioner's college for the academic year 2016-17.

2. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the compliance-reports of the petitioner dated 31.08.2016, 08.07.2016 and 21.09.2016 have not been considered, in spite of producing all the necessary documents to the respondents.

3. Today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the compliance-reports of the petitioner dated 31.08.2016, 08.07.2016 and 21.09.2016, will be considered if all the necessary documents are produced.

4. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to produce all the necessary documents. The learned senior counsel also seeks a direction to the second respondent to pass orders within a time frame.

5. In view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the compliance-reports of the petitioner dated 31.08.2016, 08.07.2016 and 21.09.2016, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the compliance-reports of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
