Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SURYA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KADARKARAI, ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

In this miscellaneous petition, on 02.02.2017, this Court passed the following order :- "This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be an order of stay of passing of final decree alone until further orders. Other proceedings shall go on.

3. Notice through Court as well as privately to the respondents returnable in three weeks."

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
