.. Respondents Prayer:- Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in a matter pending before the V City Civil Court, Chennai in OS.No.6635 of 2015.

O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been harassed by the respondents under the guise of enquiry in connection with the complaint lodged by one Jagadeesan stating that civil suit is pending. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the said Jagadeesan, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
