Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to take cognizance and punish the respondents herein under the contempt of Courts Act, for willfully disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.5685/2019, dated 07.03.2023.

ORDER
Through an order dated 07.03.2023, I had set aside the punishments and directed the respondents to release all the service and monetary benefits to the petitioner herein, which may have been deprived to him in view of the pendency of the disciplinary proceedings. Alleging the disobedience, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
2. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General produced copies of the proceedings of the Director of Agriculture dated 30.01.2025, wherein all the punishments have been cancelled. Likewise, through 2/4
G.O.(D) No.110, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare (AA1) Department, dated 16.04.2025, the petitioner has been promoted to the post of Assistant Director of Agriculture and vide G.O.(3D) No.58, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare (AA1) Department, dated 05.06.2025, he has been promoted to the post of Deputy Director of Agriculture.
