This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for not complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1110 of 2023 dated 19.01.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that a copy of the Government Order passed in G.O.(1D).No.127, dated 12.06.2024. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Government Order, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
