ORDER
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mr.R.S.Madireddy and anr.etc., vs. Union of India and ors. Etc., reported in 2024 INSC 425, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for availing remedies open to him in law. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
