Respondent(s) PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of B.T. Assistant (History) in the 4 th respondent school from the date of appointment with effect from 05.06.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment.

ORDER

By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of B.T. Assistant (History) in the 4 th respondent school from the date of appointment with effect from 05.06.2018 by considering the representation submitted by the

petitioner dated 07.07.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 07.07.2025 for granting approval of appointment, and such representation is pending with the second respondent.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.

5. In view of the above submission, without going to merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025, and pass orders on its own merits

and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
